CEO Coach: Turn Your Mind Into Your Most Valuable Business Asset
You've built a business most people only dream about. So why are you still the one answering emails at midnight?
Strategy got you here. The next level runs through you: how you think, how you handle the hard days, and what you believe you're allowed to have.
Your business will only grow as far as you do.
Ready?

A CEO coach for the part of your business no course can grow: you
I've been coaching business owners since 2017, from first-time founders to six- and seven-figure CEOs. I work on you: the beliefs, emotions and habits that decide how you show up, lead, execute, delegate and grow.
And because what happens at home follows you into work (and the other way round), I look at both. Very often, the thing holding your business back is something personal you've been carrying into work every day.
I'm warm, but I'm also direct, because I care more about your potential than about you liking me. And I won't let you hide behind being busy.

Client story
"I'm making more strategic decisions and taking myself more seriously as someone who can handle bigger projects."
Alexandra Powell
Architect, Powell Design & Construction Ltd
Alexandra came to me with a busy, growing business and a mental load that was far too heavy. Now she leads more strategically, sets clearer boundaries and backs herself publicly.
What is CEO coaching? Personal and professional development for founders
CEO coaching is one-to-one coaching for the person at the top of a business. The founder. The owner. The one every decision lands on.
Most coaching for CEOs looks at the business. I look at the mind running it. Your thoughts, your emotions and your habits shape every decision, every hire and every yes you should have said no to.
I'm dedicated to activating your very best: the version of you who already knows what to do, and finally does it. Using timeless self-development principles, we turn your mind from the thing that holds you back into the thing that drives your business forward.
Run a smaller business and don't call yourself a CEO? You're in the right place too. My business mindset coaching works the same way.
Is CEO coaching for you?
Nod at three or more of these and we should talk.
You've built something good, and part of you knows you're capable of far more.
You're the bottleneck. Nothing moves without you. (And a tiny part of you likes being needed. I see you.)
"Nobody does it like me" has become your management style.
You're fully booked, turning work away, and your prices haven't moved in years.
You say yes when you mean no, to clients, your team, even your family. Then you wonder why your week is full of everyone else's priorities.
You over-explain, soften every ask and say "no worries!" when there are, in fact, worries.
Your inbox decides your day, and the work that would actually grow the business waits.
You're successful on paper, and your life has shrunk to work.
There's a bold move you've been "about to make" for a year.
Who this isn't for: If you want a yes-person, I'm the wrong coach. I care too much about your results to tiptoe around your ego. Most of the growth happens in you as a person, so you need to be ready to take your professional hat off and go deep.
"I'm thankful to Alex for her firm yet caring approach… Throughout our work together, I felt supported, inspired and positively challenged."
Veronica Mesuraca, Branding Expert, Dubai
CEO leadership coaching: what we work on
Sometimes the honest answer is that you're the problem. (Sorry. Someone had to say it.) Maybe it's confidence, or coping habits that follow you into work, or avoiding whatever scares you or you're not good at yet. Maybe it's what you believe about money, sales or marketing. Or you still don't quite see yourself as a business owner.
Other times you've been drowning in work for so long that you've forgotten you're the one who makes the rules. Then we bring the excitement back, reconnect you with your why and your vision, and help you fall in love with your business again.
Either way, the result is the same: forward, positive momentum.
In your business
Make decisions without second-guessing. Lead from clarity instead of the inner story that keeps you stuck in your head.
Keep the main thing the main thing. The more successful you get, the more good opportunities land in your lap. Saying yes to all of them is how capable people lose momentum. We anchor you in your vision, so you can turn down perfectly good projects and spend your time on the work that actually moves the business.
Let your team carry more. Use your people well, let them do it their way, and stop being the one everything waits for.
Let your prices catch up with your demand. When you're fully booked and still turning work away, we deal with the guilt that keeps your prices stuck. And you say no to wrong-fit clients without apologising.
Have the hard conversations. With your team, your clients, your partners. Deal with it now instead of letting it drag for months.
Grow fast without it all falling on you. Regular support while the business grows, until growing this fast feels normal.
In you
Catch your feelings making business decisions. One quiet month and you drop your prices. One complaint and you're ready to change everything. One "maybe" from a big client and you're up at 3am. It's time to stop allowing emotions to make the decisions for you.
Believe what's possible for you. Break through the limits you've set on your own success.
Get the results you know you're capable of. Make the bold move you keep postponing.
Sharpen your focus. In a world that pulls you in a million directions, managing your attention like it's a precious resource is a superpower.
Raise the bar without burning out. Higher standards, lived every day, at a pace you can keep.
Handle stress without numbing it. Healthy ways to cope instead of overworking, scrolling or "I'll deal with it on Monday".
Get your life back. A clear vision for your life outside work, and fewer hours without the guilt.
Underneath all of it is the same work: we challenge the beliefs that limit you, I hold you accountable to act, and you learn to handle your emotions, build resilience, talk to yourself like someone on your side and grow the kind of confidence that lasts.
And when personal things keep coming up in our sessions, that's usually where the real work is. Sometimes the business is fine and it's your life that needs getting back on track. That's what my life coaching is for.
When it's all on you, how you handle stress decides everything
In my experience, it's rarely the strategy that breaks a business owner. It's the pressure.
The client who leaves. The month that comes in short. The hire that goes wrong. The decision nobody else can make for you, at 11pm, again.
Most owners deal with it the only way they know: work harder, push the feelings down, then numb out at night with wine, Netflix or one more look at the inbox. It gets you through the week. It won't get you to the next level.
Two skills change everything:
Talking to yourself like someone who's on your side. A harsh inner critic adds weight to every decision you make. A supportive one gives you the nerve to make the bold ones.
Feeling it instead of fighting it. I teach you to process stress in your body, so it moves through you instead of sitting in your chest for a week. Once you can feel it, it stops making your decisions for you.
You'll still have hard days. You'll just bounce back in hours instead of weeks. That's real resilience.
"Quitting is a feeling, not a decision."
Do I need a business coach or a CEO coach?
If strategy were all it took, everyone would have hit their goals after that business course they did a while back.
Most owners already know what to do. What stops them is the guilt of raising prices, the fear of losing a client, the voice that says they're not ready yet. A business coach gives you the plan. I work on the person who has to carry it out.
Tressa Beheim runs a digital agency in Germany. When she came to me, her business was already doing well. So on our first call I told her straight: you don't need a business coach. Your business is fine. You need to work on you.
That's exactly what we did. She learned to let her team do things their way, even when it wasn't how she'd have done it. She stopped saying yes to wrong-fit clients out of fear the work would dry up. And she raised her prices once she believed she was worth it.
She went from $10k months to almost $50k months, on track for half a million a year, while cutting her week from 60+ hours to 35–40.
"Telling me to raise my prices isn't going to make a bit of difference if I don't believe that I'm worth charging more."
Tressa Beheim, Digital Agency Owner, Germany
Your secret weapon, for as long as you're growing
Some of my clients have been with me for a few years. They stayed because things were going right, and they wanted to keep it that way.
The best athletes don't drop their coach once they start winning. Every new level brings a bigger team, bigger numbers, bigger decisions, and a mind that hasn't always caught up yet. That's where success capacity coaching comes in: we make the next level feel normal, so you don't build it and then sabotage it.
Some clients keep me on as their long-term success partner. My job is to help you keep the momentum going, with regular reviews and fresh goals that keep you focused as you grow. In a world this distracted, focus and simplicity are a serious advantage.
More than one client calls me their secret weapon. I'll take it.
What business owners say
Clients have grown bigger teams, had their biggest months in business and taken their evenings back.

Abbie Dorrison, Hair Salon Owner, Manchester
"I finally gave myself permission to create boundaries and hire support so now I actually work normal hours, yaaay!"
Gaelle Tuffigo, Founder of Expand Human, France
"I learnt to say 'no' without guilt and I feel the future is bright as I know how to handle my own mind."
Helen Munshi, Owner of Startup Studio, UK
CEO coaching FAQs
A CEO coach works with the person running the business. With me, that means three things. We find what's really holding you back, which is often a belief you didn't know you had. We work through the emotions that stop you acting on what you already know. And I hold you accountable, so insight turns into action. You make better decisions, faster, with a lot less noise in your head.
Because nobody tells the person at the top the truth. Your team wants to please you, your clients pay you, and your friends don't quite get it. Meanwhile every decision lands on you. Successful people use a coach to keep raising the bar and spot what they can't see themselves. You hire me because you want more, and you want someone who'll tell you the truth on the way there.
Executive coaching is for leaders inside an organisation: VPs, directors, heads of department. It usually builds professional skills like strategic thinking, executive presence, leading through change, managing stakeholders and preparing for promotion, and the company often pays. CEO coaching is for you if you own the business. There's no boss above you, the buck stops with you, and your business and your life are wound together. So we work on you as a whole person. If you lead inside a company, leadership coaching is for you.
As a founder coach, I work with founders and business owners who run their own company, whatever they call themselves. Many run premium service businesses: design, architecture, construction, consultancy, agencies. Some are building their first team; others lead ten people or more. What they have in common: they're already successful, they know they're capable of more, and they're ready to look at themselves to get there.
Choose someone who can see the whole picture. Life and business rarely stay in separate boxes: a tough year at home shows up in your decisions at work, and a business that runs you shows up at home. As a life, mindset and CEO coach, I help you find where the block really sits. Very often it's something personal holding the business back. Then choose someone who'll challenge you as well as support you, and someone you trust enough to tell the whole truth.
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. I never name clients or share their stories without permission; the people on my website chose to tell theirs. Many clients tell me things they've never said to their team or their partner. That only works when it's safe, so I protect it.
Every programme I create is bespoke, so you'll get a personalised quote after we talk. My main programme runs for six months, with sessions of 60 to 90 minutes and unlimited support between sessions. The initial conversation and the deep consultation are both free, so you'll know exactly what you'd get before you decide.
All my coaching happens online, on Zoom, so it fits around your diary. I coach founders across the UK, Europe, the US and wherever in the world you are. Time zones are rarely a problem. We find a slot that works for both of us.
Coaching is for you if you're doing well and want to do better: grow, lead, decide, go bolder. If you're struggling to get through the day, or past pain keeps pulling you back, a therapist is the better first step, and there's no shame in that. Not sure which you need? Ask me in our conversation. I'll tell you honestly.
